LONDON - A military operation the United States (U.S.) a killed Osama Bin Laden is not considered murder. U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder issued a statement as a denial of the murder charges issued by the son of Bin Laden.
Holder said the attack being waged in Bin Laden's hideout in Pakistan on May 2, then, is the operation 'kills or capture Bin Laden. "
Himself claimed U.S. troops offer surrender himself, but by then the position of U.S. troops in danger.
"What was experienced by Bin Laden is not murder," said Mr Holder told the BBC on Thursday (12/05/2011). "The mission is, is to capture or kill missions," he continued.
Holder also explained what was done by U.S. forces is a form of martial arts. He was also reminded that the act violated the law if the shooting death of military commander. Holder added that there was no indication that Bin Laden will surrender himself, believed he was wearing a vest equipped with bombs.
"The troops confronted with people a vowed never taken alive. There were strong indications he was using the vest is dangerous, but it also is alleged in the room where he was arrested contained a weapon," said good friend of President Barack Obama.
After pronounced dead, Bin Laden's body was buried at sea. In a statement given to The New York Times newspaper, the sons of Osama questioned why his father was not brought to court so the truth will be revealed.
